Google's free Skillshop certification path covering Google Search (text) ads: account structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy and measurement. It ends in a proctored exam, which commenters note makes the certificate harder to cheat on.
Commenters recommend it as the starting point for learning Google Ads, calling Skillshop an amazing interactive course with certification and pointing newcomers to it first.
