An introductory Coursera course on corporate finance and financial decision-making, taught by Gautam Kaul of the University of Michigan. It is the finance component of Coursera's business-oriented offerings for non-specialists.

Commenters describe it as a useful non-CS course that is a good starting point for developers learning business and finance.

Algorithms I and II by Tim Roughgarden on Coursera -- amazing teaching style with a lot of depth and math background.

ML by Andrew Ng is also another great example of a MOOC that could be executed very well.

From non CS related courses I really liked Intro To Finance by Gautam Kaul, also on Coursera.

I recommend University of Michigan’s finance course on Coursera: https://www.coursera.org/course/introfinance There’s also a Business Foundations series from Wharton https://www.coursera.org/specialization/whartonfoundations/3... (I followed a previous version of some of the courses).
