A Pluralsight course by Paolo Perrotta that explains the fundamentals behind Git, covering how its internals work rather than just which commands to type.

Commenters say it covers Git fundamentals without the elitist tone found in many Git books and articles, and one says they learned a lot from Perrotta's Pluralsight Git courses.

I would recommend the courses from Paolo Perrotta on Pluralsight - I've learned a ton:

    https://app.pluralsight.com/library/courses/git-big-picture/...

I suggest to try this: www.pluralsight.com/courses/how-git-works. It covers the fundamentals behind git but without the usual 'nose up in the sky attitude and elitism' that could be seen in many books or articles about it.
