My all star lineup would be:

    The Analytics Edge - https://www.edx.org/course/analytics-edge-mitx-15-071x-0

Design of Computer Programs - https://www.udacity.com/course/design-of-computer-programs--...

    Justice - https://www.edx.org/course/justice-harvardx-er22-1x-0

If I had more time I would love to go through the bioinformatics specialization on Coursera. They have 2 books and an exercise site (rosalind.info). It looks like great fun.

In my opinion, and haveing done lots of online courses the best analytics course is the "Analytics Edge" by MIT. Hands on with many exercises and examples.

"The Analytics Edge" from edx [1], which is running now, could interest you. Great MOOC by the way. There is even a lecture around this idea [2].

My favorite course so far has been MITx - 15.071x The Analytics Edge on edX. Everything I've seen from MITx has been above average. Andrew Ng's Machine Learning course on Coursera is quite nice as well.

I found this study plan very useful for me. https://www.analyticsvidhya.com/blog/2017/01/the-most-compre...

Provides a very good idea of the courses required and their time frame. I roughly followed along this path but took "Analytics Edge" https://www.edx.org/course/analytics-edge-mitx-15-071x-3 for introduction into ML algorithms.
