   I highly recommend Khan academy. You won't need any other book, course, site. You can find video courses from counting(not kidding) to calculus and everything in between. Also, there are tons of test that you can evaluate your math level.

   Check out the website Lynda.com for all sorts of courses. You do have to pay, but it is really good from what I have heard. You should also check out khan academy on YouTube for math courses.
