Santa Fe Institute

An introductory Santa Fe Institute course on agent-based modeling, the approach of simulating systems as many interacting autonomous agents. It is one of two SFI courses on NetLogo mentioned in the comments.
One commenter says they have taken several SFI courses and calls them top notch, and notes the elapsed courses can be taken free after logging in.

When you log in, you can take those courses for free since they have elapsed. I've taken a few of their courses over the past few years. they are top notch.
NetLogo is quite useful for modeling coronavirus and other epi/pandemics. It's far more than the Logo you might have learned in Jr. High.
