A Frontend Masters course by Jem Young that walks front-end developers through the server side of web development, covering HTTP, DNS, Node.js, and setting up a server to host a website.
Commenters call it one of the best courses they've taken and a good way to tie together the pieces of building and hosting a website.

Also check out Jem Young's full stack course on FrontendMasters. Was a course that really helped tie a lot of things together and good practice to try again without the course. Fullstack course by Netflix Engineer
