A series of short animated video lectures by Grant Sanderson (3Blue1Brown) that builds geometric intuition for linear algebra (vectors, linear transformations, determinants, eigenvectors) and for calculus (derivatives, integrals, the fundamental theorem).
Commenters recommend it as a visual, intuition-first complement to more academic courses, useful for building a solid understanding of linear algebra and calculus before ML work.

If you're asking this I assume you don't plan to be a researcher, which usually requires a PhD. I assume you intend to be a practitioner. In which case the answer is none. You don't *need* to know any calculus in order to build deep learning models, train them on data, make useful models, etc…
Khan academy is a really excellent choice, it takes a much more traditionally academic approach than 3blue1brown, they're similar channels and I highly recommend them both. Between them you should be able to get a solid understanding of calculus and linear algebra. If you want to take things…
