CSE 143 is the second course in the University of Washington's introductory computer science sequence, following CSE 142, and covers intermediate programming with data structures and object-oriented design. Its lecture slides, assignments, and materials are commonly described as freely available online.
Commenters call it the more in-depth follow-up to CSE 142 and a strong next step after CS50 or intro programming, with the course materials posted for free.
