CSE 131 is UC San Diego's compilers course, covering how source programs are translated into executable code, including parsing, intermediate representations, and code generation. It is offered as a course with video lectures.
Commenters say it is basically the same material as Northeastern's CS 4410 but with videos, and they highly recommend it.

cs4410[1] is really really good, and cse131[2] is basically the same thing but with videos. I highly recommend them both.
