Volume 2 of the Berkeley Physics Course, written by Edward Purcell, covering electricity and magnetism at an introductory university level. It is a textbook in the multi-volume Berkeley series rather than a video course.

One commenter suggests it as a strong complement to Feynman's Lectures for self-study of physics.

    Purcell for Electricity & Magnetism

This once came out as part of Berkeley Physics Course [1] which I think would be a great complement to Feynman's Lectures.
