There’s a ton out there. I would recommend watch and code by Gordon Zhu (it may be a bit outdated) and I recommend pretty much everyone Beginner JavaScript by Wes Bos. It’s a paid course but it goes over everything you need to know including ES6 and later

It’s not udemy, and it’s somewhat expensive, but I can’t recommend Wes Bos’ Beginner JS course enough. It’s helped me grasp JavaScript more than any other resource. If you’re looking for a free resource I’d also highly recommend Watch and Code by Gordon Zhu

Actually, a great (free) course that will get you experience in building something is JavaScript 30 by Wes Bos for 30 days you build a project each day, there’s some really fun ones. I suggest checking that out first since it’s free, then if you still feel like you want a better understanding…
