CMU's 15-210 course on parallel data structures and algorithms, covering how to design and analyze algorithms for parallel machines. Course materials are built around a parallel algorithms textbook that is publicly available in an earlier version.

One commenter, a former student of the course, points readers to the associated parallel algorithms book as a comprehensive resource that stands in for the students-only version.

You can check out [1], which is used to teach 15-210 [2], the parallel data structures / algorithms course at CMU. The most recent version of the book is students-only it seems, on a private site (I took the course last semester), however this version is close and comprehensive.
